甜酸汁鮫魚
今朝係街市見到有好多扁鮫BB賣,睇落真可憐,咁細條就比人捉咗,不過好抵買又新鮮,$16有1斤,我買咗6條只係$12
製法好簡單,只要先把魚洗淨後抹乾,加入少許盬略醃,再在魚上撲上生粉,然後熱鑊落油,先放入薑片,再把魚放入,煎香一面再反轉煎另一面,煎好後〝不〞上碟,然後煮個甜酸汁淋在魚上面,OK!食得。
